Personal Data and Privacy Policy

Terms, used in this document:

"Game" is an entertaining action that starts in the scheduled time specified by the Organizer during a day and takes place during a certain continuous period of time in accordance with the scenario specified by the Organizer and the terms, including, among other things observance of the Rules.

"Organizer" - LLC "IGROLAND" (EDRPOU code - 41743373), a legal entity that is the copyright owner / owner of the Site, as well as an executor, who renders the Services to the User.

"Personal data" means any information that relates directly or indirectly to a particular individual (personal data subject).

"User" means a natural person who has registered on the Site in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

"Profile" is a combination of e-mail / mobile phone number and password for access to the User's personal page within the Site, which allows access to the services of the Site.

"Site" is a resource hosted on the Internet at anvio.com, which provides information about the Services. The site additionally provides the User with an opportunity to interact with the system of reservation of games on the desired time (Session) through the Internet, including the possibility to receive available descriptions, images, availability and conditions, as well as the cost of reserving the Session.

"Service", "Services" - a set of measures undertaken by the Organizer during the conduct of the Game, as well as other accompanying measures in accordance with the instruction of the User, the Participant (his legal representative) or any other person wishing to take part in the Game personally or to provide participation in the Game to other person (s).

"Participant" means an individual who is the recipient of the Service (Services) with participation in the Game.

1. When entering data for registration (by creating a Profile and / or specifying data for the reservation of Services / Game) on the Site, the User shall provide the Organizer with the information constituting the User's personal data and gives his consent to the processing of such personal information by the Organizer, including its transfer to the third parties. If the User does not wish the Organizer to continue processing his personal data, he must delete his Profile or apply to the Organizer with a written application in an arbitrary form.

2. The Participant fully agrees and allows the Organizer to publicize and further use the User's images for advertising purposes (including photographs and videotapes with his participation), including if his image was received during shooting conducted in the Place of the Services provision, places open for free visits, or on public events.

3. The Organizer has the right to process personal data in such a way, unless otherwise specified: collect, store, organize, refine, use, depersonalize, transfer this information to third parties.

4. The Organizer has the right to use personal data of users and Participants for communication with the User and / or the Participant.

5. The processing of personal data of the User is carried out without limitation of the term, in any lawful way, including information systems of personal data using automation means and / or without the use of such means.

6. The Organizer has the right to disclose any information collected about the User and / or the Participant if the disclosure is necessary in connection with an investigation or complaint regarding the unlawful use of the Site or for the identification of the User or the Participant respectively, which may violate the rights of the Organizer or other Users.

7. Personal data of the User and the Participant may be transferred to the authorized bodies of state power of Ukraine only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of Ukraine..

8. The Organizer, in conjunction with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of personal data of the User and / or the Participant.
